30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your jersey for a full refund or exchange. We want you to have plenty of time to decide if it’s perfect for you.

Condition Requirements

To qualify for a return, the jersey must be unworn, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. This ensures we can keep delivering luxury-quality products to every customer.

Defective Items

If your jersey arrives with a defect or misprint, we’ve got you covered. Contact us right away at vrtx.australia@gmail.com, and we’ll pay for you to ship it back to us. You’ll have the choice of a full refund or a replacement—our way of owning up to our mistakes and making it right.

Return Process

To start a return, simply email us at vrtx.australia@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll guide you through the process step-by-step, making it as seamless as possible.

Shipping Costs

For non-defective returns (like a change of mind), we ask that you cover the return shipping cost. If the jersey is defective, we’ll take care of the shipping—because you shouldn’t pay for our error.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days, issued back to your original payment method. Note that timing may vary slightly depending on your payment type, but we’ll keep you updated.

Exchanges

Prefer a different size or style? Let us know when you contact us, and we’ll do our best to make it happen. Exchanges are subject to availability—since this is a commemorative jersey, stock may be limited. If your desired option isn’t available, we’ll process a full refund instead.
